The Art of Renovations Company is a frontrunner in Tel Aviv and Gush Dan for restoring and renovating building facades. Art of Renovations specializes in renovation and upgrading dangerous buildings in particular, as well as the renovation of regular buildings occupied by sharing tenants, and buildings for conservation. For dangerous structures, our company is obligated to remove court orders and demolition orders.

The building renovation project includes:

Setting up scaffolding, peeling plaster, and restoring the entire building envelope's plaster and concrete; balcony repair and reinforcement; roof parapet reinforcement, and column thickening and reinforcement according to construction engineering plans. Art of Renovations employs an engineer who supervises every project, signing at every single stage, then transferring the work plan. Depending on the type of project, the following options are offered: stair painting, path laying, putting up fences, piping installation, lobby renovations, and more.

Step 2

After repairing the concrete and plaster of the building's walls, all of the building envelope will be painted with Tambor paint, type 3 with the option of Nirlat colored plaster.

Next, the building's envelope is painted with different types of materials: Tamborflex flexible paint which has expansion coefficients against heat and cold - applied in several layers; Tambor 3+ acrylic water proof, heat proof, sun and cold resistant paint and water proof Nirlat Nirocryl.

Prior to painting, after restoring all the envelope and sealing cracks and fissures, materials from the Swiss Sika System are used which are the most durable for preserving plaster; iron is treated against rust. All materials have the Israeli Standards Mark and are approved by the Standards Institute for materials suitable for the Israeli climate.

Dangerous Buildings

In the event you have received a restoration order from the court or the Tel Aviv municipality to make restorations according to the demands of the 'Department of Dangerous Buildings', Art of Renovations can carry out the repairs according to the department's requirements where the building has been declared dangerous. We will perform rehabilitation, concrete repairs, support and girder repairs, repairs to the building's columns, corners, and balconies according to Sika's technical specifications for treating defective concrete. The Swiss Sika system is the best and most durable in the world, preventing concrete break up for many years.

Mr. Gabi Mor started out at Avivit Renovations, the mythical company, in the 1980's where he acquired his experience. From there, he did special rehabilitation work on buildings for conservation, and then went on to work with the Ezra & Bitzaron housing company on building renovations projects to the rehabilitation and renovation of dangerous buildings. Following this, he worked on a project for Tarbut Hadior (the culture of housing). He then very successfully continued at one of the leading private companies in the Tel Aviv area.

Art of Renovations works with the best materials in the industry having the Israeli Standards Mark: Tambor and Nirlat for exterior walls, B. D. Bond and Sika Latex for concrete reinforcement, flexible silicone for cracks, flexible paints for preventing dampness, and many more of the best, most efficient products in the industry.

Choosing Paints with a Professional Finish

We use acrylic Nirlat Nirocryl paints which come in a splendid array of colors. In addition, we use colored fine plaster paints by Nirlat for external coats, and Tambor paints for exterior walls which are flexible and heat, water and cold resistant.

Before painting, samples will be tried on the exterior building walls so that the shade and type of material may be chosen according to the residents' choice. (The samples are 60x60cm).

Certificate of Guarantee

When the work is finished, a certificate of guarantee for five years will be given to the residents for the renovation work and a ten year guarantee will be provided for sealing the roof with bitumen sheets.

The materials required have the Israeli Standards Mark from the Standards Institute, and are resistant to the Israeli weather.
