Stage 2

After finishing concrete and plaster repairs on the building walls, the walls of the building envelope will be painted with Tambor type 3 paint. There is also the option of Nirlat colored fine plaster.

Painting the outside of the building with different types of materials:

Tamborflex flexible paint which has expansion coefficients against heat and cold - applied in several layers,

Tambor Supercryl water proof, rain, sun, heat, and cold resistant acrylic colors

Nirlat-Nirocryl water proof colors.

Prior to painting, the entire envelope is repaired and cracks and fissures are sealed. Materials from the durable Swiss Sika system are also used for preserving plaster; iron is treated against rust. All materials have the Israeli Standards Mark and are approved by the Standards Institute for materials suitable for the Israeli climate.

Dangerous Structures

In the event the residents have received an order from the court or from the Tel Aviv municipality, repairs must be carried out according to the 'dangerous structures department'. Art of Renovations can carry out the necessary repairs. If the building has been declared a dangerous structure, we will perform rehabilitation, concrete repairs, support and girder repairs, and repairs to the building's columns, corners, and balconies according to Sika's technical specifications for treating defective concrete. The Swiss Sika system is the best and most durable in the world, preventing concrete break up for many years.

Mr. Gabi Mor started out at the mythical company, Avivit Renovations in the 1980's where he acquired his experience. He began with special rehabilitation work on buildings for conservation, and then worked with the Ezra & Bitzaron Housing Company on projects from building renovations up to rehabilitation and renovation of dangerous structures. Gabi also carried out a project for the Tarbut Hadior Company (Housing Culture Company). He then very successfully continued with a wide range of renovation projects in Tel Aviv.

Choosing Paints with a Professional Finish

Acrylic Nirlat Nirocryl paints available in a splendid array of colors are used. For exterior coating, there are colored fine plaster paints by Nirlat and for wall exteriors, Tambor paints are used which are flexible and heat, water and cold resistant.

Before painting, samples will be painted on the external building walls so that the shade and type of material may be chosen according to the residents' choice. (The samples are 60x60cm).

Certificate of Guarantee

When the work is finished, a five year certificate of guarantee will be given to the residents for renovation work and a ten year guarantee will be provided for sealing the roof with bitumen sheets.
