There are plenty more general renovations which may be performed externally and of course, internally: iron banisters for the stairs may be replaced and the electrical distribution panel changed for a fire proof one. A new roof may be poured and the stairwell replaced for a new one if there is water leakage. A lift shaft can be made by cutting the stairs or building externally from construction iron. Then there is stair polishing, external painting after treating plaster and repairing concrete, and replacing the building façade's railings with iron or aluminum railings which may be chosen from a huge selection. Old blinds can be changed for electrical ones and new windows can be fitted. The finished product will be an improved, upgraded, luxurious building that will stand out as a cut above the rest.
