Art of Renovations is stringent about concrete rehabilitation, treating every section of the building wall's exterior envelope, and reinforcing balconies. We also repair roof parapets and perform general concrete rehabilitation using the Sika System from Switzerland which is one of the best in the industry for the thorough treatment of concrete. Structurite materials are used for the prevention of iron oxidation. Once the concrete has been rehabilitated on the building's exterior, fresh plaster is applied to the walls on a basis of black concrete, B. D. Bond, and sand according to the manufacturer's instructions. Sika Latex is used to reinforce the concrete and prevents crumbling for many years.

Exterior renovations may be performed on houses, villas, dangerous buildings, and buildings for conservation. They can be included in general renovations to enhance and reinforce the building.

Thickening and reinforcing the building's walls and columns may be done by digging then connecting them to the building's foundations. The end result is a thoroughly renovated building with a sleek new finish.
