Our company has operated for many years in the Gush Dan area renovating and improving shared residences, rehabilitating and renovating dangerous structures, as well as removing dangerous structure orders and demolition orders.

Our company is specialized in rehabilitating and renovating buildings, treating and painting external walls.
Our company employs a specialist construction engineer for dangerous structures. We have worked on 140 dangerous structures, receiving authorizations from the department of dangerous structures, and from the municipality on the fact that renovations have been carried out according to the municipality's instructions after removing the dangerous structures order.
When the work is finished, the order is removed and our engineer checks everything before giving a report to the head of the housing committee on every stage involved, on the manner of supervision, and on the types of materials needed for the work including the method of treating and rehabilitating concrete.
Renovations contractors in the association and the renovations company are committed to working according to a concrete rehabilitation and restoration specification by Gilar Sika for dangerous house facades or structures. The stages of work are as follows:
- Setting up scaffolding for the defective walls or for renovations
- Removal of weak concrete and plaster
- Exposing the iron and examining it before doing rehabilitation work and ordering a construction engineer to appoint the rest of the wall treatment. An engineering report is then needed to carry on with treatment and rehabilitation of the front wall supports and concrete.
- Sometimes, the following need doing: casting concrete plates, replacing the reinforcement iron and iron gates, abrasion with a steel brush, external cleaning, steam pressure cleaning to remove soot, removing loose plaster, and finally concrete rehabilitation using the Swiss Sika System and then after treating the concrete, application of lime free plaster with B.G. Rehabilitation is finished with Tambor Acrylic Colors or Nirlat Nirocryl Paints. Nirlat AC100 which is a special paint preventing water penetration is applied in the early stages. Bond Roll joining and sealing material is used to prevent water penetrating into the walls and is done in conjunction with new paint work.
The colors are chosen by the residents of the building for the external renovations, external wall renovations, home or building renovations as well as the internal renovations.
