For stairwell and lobby renovations, Art of Renovations performs upgrading to the building's entrance lobby of the highest quality, substituting old flooring with luxury marble, dismantling walls and floors and laying down the very latest Italian Rosetta marble.

We will install new mirrors, potted plants, an electrical supply system, innovative lighting, and we will put in a new electrical distribution panel in accordance with the fire brigade's seal of approval. In addition, entrance floors and paths to the building are laid down using granolite and marble.

We do the lighting at the entrance of the building and replace the plaster of the entrance walls with Jerusalem stone or luxury marble to surround the windows.

Mail boxes are replaced with new ones, and a clear glass and aluminum door is put in along with an intercom entry system and entrance code. The mail boxes stand outside the building entrance or are fixed to a wall or a post; a wide range of latest luxury models on the market are available, designed in accordance with the highest possible standards.

Stairs are covered in marble manufactured in Israel or abroad.
