In addition, our company paints the walls following the completion of the renovations using flexible paint or coloured fine plaster. We also do the following: marble walls, lobby renovations, granolite paths, marble paths, and external renovations under the supervision of the building's construction engineer who on completion of the work, gives a certificate of guarantee. National Outline Plan 38 - Art of Renovations performs reinforcement work against earthquakes according to the Tel Aviv municipality's National Outline Plan 38. Our company offers building owners the option of renovating the building exterior, installing an internal or external elevator, renovating the stairwell/lobby, renewing and upgrading the building envelope including covering the walls with marble or repainting them using Tambor or Nirlat flexible paint or Nirocryl. Smoothing and finishing is done using anti-rust paint, special paint for external walls.

We suggest building apartments on the building's roof top: in return for National Outline Plan 38, residents will receive an upgraded building including an elevator, general external renovations, paving and paths, a new lobby, luxury elevator, and the building of 2-4 new apartments on the roof. On completion of the renovations, you will have a renovated, upgraded building with car park, new asphalt, paving and paths, a new plumbing system, railings and fencing, in fact an overall renovation of the building and of course National Outline Plan 38 reinforcement and thickening of columns against earthquakes as authorized by the Tel Aviv municipality, all supervised by a construction engineer and architect who supervise the project right to the very end.

This is a real-estate enterprise project constituting a combination deal within which our company receives the rights to build on roof tops in Tel Aviv in exchange for renovating and upgrading the building.

Water and Drainage for the Building

This involves overall replacement of the building's piping, changing the drainage piping in the building's courtyard, the drainage pools including the water pipes, fitting water meters, half-inch pipes, one inch pipes, 4 inch drainage pipes, new pools, etc.

Types of Paint and Coating

All types of paints are used for the building's external envelope such as Flexible Tambor, Tambor Supercryl from no.3, Nirlat seal of approval, Nirocryl + Nirlat, and colored fine plaster by Tambor and Nirlat in the latest colors.
